Tools to design Logo and Brand

I am a designer but I have just graduated from university for 2 months so I have not more experience in this field. Could you help me show useful tools to design logo and brand

I am from Vietnam and now I am working at Dizen Creative company - an independent Brand Creative Company based in Vietnam.

With my cynical head on, if you work for a company which is involved in this field, why are you asking us what software/tools etc to use?  This is nothing more than a hijacking attempt to gain a greater exposure for this company.
