Hi everybody,

Just sharing these few renders (+ PS) with you all. Standard quality, twilight & hazy conditions are used in the render settings.
I got into some problems with the bedroom render with adding lamps...it seems more lights/lamps makes the 'darker' areas in the render more dark//black...lots of contrast.
When using just one ceiling light the overall level of light is nice and evenly spread throughout the image. But when adding extra lamps this balance gets tipped off fast.
The 'hazy' condition between 2 and 4 tics proved to be the best regarding the exterior and interior conditions. Furthermore I used lots of 'glow' settings for the materials to keep them from getting too dark. Anybody got some tips / advise?

Thanx!

Jeri

Even more than the renders, GREAT modeling Jeri !

It would be fantastic to see some of these places one day.  Have you built this one yet?  (Or the previous?)  I'd be really interested to see some renders vs photos at some stage too.

I love the lighting in the first one the most!

Hey William,
At the moment I am in the proses of getting building permission for this villa. The owner is from India and he bought a plot of land here on Samui Island. I'm doing the arch vis and coordinating with architects and builders. Planning to start construction on this one early next year....so the photos might take a while.
i replied to your invite for 3D Basecamp but it got bounced several times....I could not make it because I was over back in Europe. But thanx again for the invite William!!
